~dawn's gift of sunbeams ~pouring each morning in hushed~ chuckled greeting

  4. Hi Del, What a great post! As one who loves sunset and sunrise pics, I think it's really special. Comparatively speaking there are far more sunset pics posted than sunrise. Why? Well, I suppose part of it is that most folks are awake and aware as a beautiful sunset begins to unfold and they grab the camera to capture a shot. Sunrises are a little different. They seem to take a little more effort. So, I especially enjoy your sunrise pics. Your poetry is the icing on the cake. Hope you will stop by John's Island and take a look at the color of the Tulip Festival. Yet another little bit of paradise. Thanks for sharing Del! John

      you are correct that there are MORE sunset photos as we're still up when the sun slips towards the horizon while sunrise fotos do take much more effort to capture as one HAS to get up before it does rise else, you'll miss lovely sunrise shots altogether. had to be up before DAWN and was by my lonesome [except for the guy cleaning the beach debris]- worth my while though.
